Sesame oil or Sesame oil (in Latin Sesamum) is a 100% natural vegetable oil made from sesame seeds.
Sesame oil contains a large number of amino acids - arachidonic, linolenic, linoleic, hexadecene, oleic, palmitic, myristic, stearic, as well as Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9. In addition to amino acids, Sesame oil contains vitamins: A, C, E, PP, group B. It is in this oil that the full range of B vitamins is presented, including even the rarest B6 and B12.
